Inmate Direct Sales
Payments
Orders may be placed directly with Union Supply Company where institutional policy allows.
Order forms can be customized to meet the unique needs of your institution – just contact
your sales representative with details and we will take it from there. Please use our order
forms provided in the Direct Personal Sales Catalog – if you don’t have a catalog click here
to order your copy.
NO ADDITIONAL SALES TAX – all prices include sales tax
Shipping and handling charges – $3.95 per order
Order payment – must be included with the order. Payment can be
made by institution check, money order or credit card.
Product changes – for a nominal fee, Union Supply can remove or
disconnect the external speaker from a TV or remove the microphone
from your cassette recorder.
Order Status
Please contact Union Supply via mail correspondence regarding your order. Please mail
us your questions address and include the order date, items ordered and form of payment.
Union Supply provides same day shipping upon receipt of your order.
Catalog Changes
Union Supply takes great pride in our catalog, however, some manufacturers make minor changes
in the their product lines, regarding design, color or styling. We make every effort to ship
the proper product or substitute an item of higher quality and regret any inconvenience these
changes may cause.
Product Returns
Used items, abused items or damaged items cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. All items
are only covered by the manufacturer´s warranties. Please check all of your items upon receipt.
If any of these items are found to be defective or damaged in shipping, you must return these
goods within 30 days. All original boxes and packing materials are required on any returned goods.
These goods will be repaired or replaced at no cost to you. Returned items that are older than 30
days will not be processed, only returned to you. All merchandise that was ordered in error, for
any reason, can be exchanged for $3.95. All Exchanges must be done with in 30 days of purchase.
Merchandise must be unused and in original packaging. Any returned merchandise that is used or not
in original packaging will be returned to you. Union Supply is not responsible for refused items.
Please ensure that the items you order are approved at your facility. Shipping and handling
charges are nonrefundable. There will be a $18.00 service charge on all orders refused or not
approved by your institution.
Television Returns
Due to manufacturer´s return policies, Union Supply cannot replace any engraved television sets.
Engraved sets must be shipped directly to the authorized manufacturer´s service center for repairs.
If a TV you received is defective or damaged in transit and is not engraved, please write or call
1-888-3Q8-6466 to obtain an R/A number. The return must be made within 30 days and be accompanied
by an R/A number. The return address is Union Supply Company, Inc. @ 2301 E. Pacifica Place, P O Box 7006,
Rancho Dominguez, CA 90224. Union Supply is not responsible for refused items. Please ensure
that the items you order are approved at your facility. Shipping and handling charges are
nonrefundable. There will be an $18.00 service charge on all orders refused or not approved by
your institution.
Warranty Information
All items are covered by the manufacturer´s warranties as stated on or inside the products
you have purchased. Please refer to these details and send your product directly to the
